Cloud 9 SEO was founded with a clear mission: to help businesses to thrive online. The inspiration came from a personal experience—Kaylie’s mum had been overcharged and under-delivered by an SEO provider for her small business website. Watching her struggle with costly yet ineffective SEO services, we knew there had to be a better way to deliver affordable SEO for small businesses.
As a women-led digital marketing agency, we bring a unique perspective. Kaylie’s background in social media marketing and Kiira’s technical expertise and web design knowledge gave us a solid foundation, but we both felt it was time for a new chapter. With our previous experience in the industry and after completing extensive training in search engine optimisation with an incredible mentor, we were ready to start our own journey as SEO service providers. That’s how Cloud 9 SEO was born—to become a trusted partner for online businesses of any size.
